  • Access is personal and non-transferable

15. Refund Policy

Because our courses provide immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds as a standard practice.

However, a refund may be granted if you can reasonably demonstrate that:

  • The course content clearly and materially does not match what was explicitly promised on the course sales page at the time of purchase

Requests for refunds must:

  • Clearly explain what was promised and how the course failed to deliver this

  • Include relevant evidence where possible

Refund requests based on changes of mind, time constraints, or dissatisfaction with learning outcomes are not eligible for a refund.
